Kansas Governor Tapped for Health and Human Services

The very popular gov of Kansas, Katherine Sebelius, was tapped by Obama to be the H n H Secretary. I think Obama knows that Sebelius was the likely next senator from Kansas b/c of the 2010 open senate election in Kansas. She was a shoe in, which would have put Obama at 60 senate seats. 

Knowing this, he really must have wanted her.
